Your account is automatically upgraded as you reach the account maximum subscriber threshold. Upon the next billing cycle there will be a pro-rated charge.
You can only import a list if it is your own and all the subscribers are given permission to have optin. Bought lists are not allowed on GeminiFly and you will find that your access will be quickly revoked if you are found out to be using them.
Yes we can definitely help you with that. For most ESPs, we will have an import tool so you can do a quick transfer. For the rest, just leave a support ticket, with your login details (Feel free to change your password) and we will login, acquire your list and upload your list into your account for you.
There are no hidden fees to GeminiFly. Whatever package you decide to start with is what you pay. As your list grows, you will be upgraded automatically to the next pricing tier.
You can create a new campaign by using the "New Broadcast" button on the dashboard. Otherwise you can go into the broadcasts area and create a new broadcast and schedule it to go out whenever you'd like.
Accounts get shutdown and banned only if spam complaint levels are too high. We will always give warnings first before taking such drastic actions, but if the complaints are there then we have no choice but to exercise disciplined action in order to preserve our server reputation.
We have connections to Email Service Providers and we utilize a score rating for our servers in order to gain maximum deliverability for our clients. Rest assured you will be getting your mail delivered on time and to where they are intended to go.
Complaints are looked at by a case by case basis. As we investigate we will also look at the ratio of how many complaints per amount of mail sent. If your numbers are in the safe zone, then you will have nothing to worry about.
GeminiFly accepts credit card payments only at the moment. Our payment processing is powered by Stripe so you know you are in good hands.
